Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Lujjah, we take care to ensure your products arrive in good condition. We handle return and exchange requests under the following terms:

1. Return and Exchange Period

You may request a return within seven days following receipt of your order, provided the product has not been used and you have not obtained any benefit from it. Exchanges may also be requested within the same period, subject to the availability of the replacement product.

2. Product Condition

Please return the product in its original condition, including its accessories and packaging wherever possible. Due to the nature of soap and personal care products, used products cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if a product is defective, damaged, or does not match its description.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos showing the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the shipping and return costs related to the error or defect.

4. Return Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs. These costs will be explained before the return shipment is arranged. If the return is due to a product defect or an error by the store, Lujjah will cover the costs.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome and refund the eligible amount through the original payment method whenever possible. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We will explain the expected timeframe when processing your refund.

6. How to Submit a Request

To request a return or exchange, contact us through the contact channels listed on our store. Please provide your order number, the product name, the reason for your request, and photos if the product is damaged or defective.

7. Customer Rights

This policy applies without prejudice to consumer rights under the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
